The majority of my career has been in the service of others. I've studied at the Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania (Engineering Science) and Harvard University. I have had a broad range of professional experiences as an Environmental Scientist, Trade Adjudicator, Senator, Deputy Finance Minister.
I have first-hand experience with public private sector partnership in infrastructure development, bank nationalization and re-privatization, Government policymaking, and WTO investigative procedures, legislative review and enactment, the informal economy, finding common ground between the public and private sector, interfacing with the multilaterals, and tax administration reform. I have recently transitioned to the private sector with primary responsibility for research.
